The Daily Grind & Brew was born from a simple idea: to create a welcoming space where the Fitzroy community could gather over exceptional coffee and wholesome food. We started in 2018 with a small roaster and a big dream, and have since grown into a local hub for coffee lovers, remote workers, and friends.

Our philosophy is rooted in sourcing consciously, roasting with precision, and serving with a smile. We believe every cup tells a story, from the farm to your table, and we're proud to be a part of yours.

In-House Roasting

Our Loring S15 Falcon roaster allows us to create precise roast profiles for each batch, highlighting the distinct tasting notes of every origin.
